This is an excellent read, brilliantly illustrated throughout. Its contents are set out where it explains the basics and builds from there. I didn’t know the difference between Aerobic and Anaerobic threshold until I read this and it explains how you can train to maximise these. The workouts are challenging as well. If you want to know more about cardio it’s a must-buy, actually, if you are into any kind of fitness it’s a must-buy.
